Paleo Smoothie

– Vegetarian – Gluten Free – Vegan –

Looking for a protein – packed, natural, huge caloric jump start to your day? Look no  further! Seriously though, this paleo smoothie is something that I make on a daily basis to give my body the essential protein and nutrients to have a great start. Literally, all you need is a blender and some ingredients to create an awesome power smoothie for your day. It is great for breakfast (or other meal replacement), a post workout shake, or just an extra boost for your day.

The Ingredients

Almond Milk

Vegan Organic Protien

Coconut Oil




The Recipe

  1. Add 2 cups of Almond Milk into a blender
  2. Add 1 scoop of Vegan Protein Powder
  3. Add 3 peeled bananas
  4. Add 2 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
  5. Blend/liquify thoroughly
  6. Add 2-3 cups of ice
  7. Blend for 5 seconds (or longer for finer texture)
  8. Add 1 cup of walnuts
  9. Blend for 5 seconds (or longer for smaller pieces)
  10. Pat yourself on the back
  11. Devour the deliciousness

Complete The Meal

To complete the meal you will need to gather the rest of your major food groups. Here are some suggestions to include with your Paleo Smoothie:

  • A bowl of cereal or oatmeal
  • Fresh orange or apple slices
